Refund policy

Returns

• Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• Change of mind / personal preference

• Incorrect model selected by the customer

• Minor color variation due to lighting or screen differences

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer/UPI after details are shared.

Important

• No refunds on discounted or promotional orders unless damaged or incorrect.
